BUYER agrees: kid will be picked up once weaned at 8-10 weeks of age. Remaining balance of is due in cash at pick up. Deposits (half cost of kid) may be made by check, cash or PayPal, venmo, apple pay to hold the kid until weaned.
Terms: All sales are final. Since we cannot have any control over how an animal is managed, once it leaves our property it will be understood that all liabilities and responsibilities for the kid immediately transfer to the BUYER upon pick up. There will be no refunds for any reason (other than unforeseen death of the puppy purchased while at Brushy Mountain Farm, at which time BUYER may transfer deposit to another kid or will receive full refund of deposit)
We cannot guarantee the following:
How large a kid will be
The future health or breeding ability of a kid
Brushy Mountain Farm will have given each kid before leaving:
First 2 rounds of CDT vaccine
2 rounds of Worming
